On October 15, Kinshasa mission’s PAO Yolonda Kerney led a MOOC camp graduation. About 110 young professionals graduated and more than 80 percents of them awarded certificates for successful completion of the YALI learn “understood elections and civic responsibility”. In a country where holding fair and timely elections is the biggest challenge, making youth understand their role, rights and duties is a priority .
