Monday, December 5, 2016 was International Volunteer Day.
Our International Visitors Leadership Program alumni got together with the volunteers of the Community Service Day (CSD) program in ten DRC cities in order to commemorate that day.
U.S. Embassy in Kinshasa delivered certificates of appreciation to the most committed volunteers.
In Kinshasa, DRC Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Posts, Telecommunications and New Information Technologies Thomas Luhaka, himself an alumnus, joined our alumni at the Institute of National Museums, in order to celebrate the work and efforts of volunteers across the world. #CSD #Communaute #Volontariat.
