Announcing the 2018 Alumni Engagement Innovation Fund (AEIF) contest! To apply, read below and send applications to KinshasaExchange@state.gov by March 19, 2018.
Do you want to build a better world? Do you have an innovative public service project idea for your community? Your ideas matter!
The AEIF competition funds teams of past and current U.S. government exchange program participants with promising ideas for public service projects in the DRC. Ideal projects use the skills and knowledge exchange participants gained during their exchange experiences. DRC alumni compete with alumni teams from around the world for grants of up to $25,000!
To be eligible for the AEIF competition, your team must include three or more current or former exchange participants.
Want to learn more? Check out the AEIF website!
*** Please note that the AEIF website requests applications be submitted to the IEA site by March 29. Embassy Kinshasa, however, strongly encourages you to submit your proposal (and any questions) to KinshasaExchange@state.gov before March 19, 2018 to improve your chances of winning! ***
